Squats and lunges
They hurt so good! Whether you’re doing jump squats,
walking lunges or the Sumo variety, you’ll end up with an enviable, Pippa-esque
derrière.
Spin or cycle
Riding a bike with resistance strengthens your whole leg. As you
push the pedal down, you’re firing your glutes and quads; as you pull the pedal
